Knowing something and living it are two different things. The gap between insight and embodiment — whether that emerges through a psychedelic experience, a somatic process, or simply the growing awareness that something needs to shift — is where this work begins.

About Numinosity (Numi)

Numinosity speaks to the innate intelligence and vitality that lives within us—often glimpsed in moments of deep insight, expanded awareness, or profound return to self. The moments that crack you open and show you something more.

But here's what I've learned: the numinous isn't reserved for peak experiences alone. It also lives in the quiet shift when your nervous system finally feels safe. In the moment your body releases tension you've carried for decades. In learning to stay present instead of fleeing into your head.

Numi can also be heard as "new me"—not as reinvention, but as re-inhabiting. A way of living from what has always been present beneath the stress, the conditioning, the survival strategies.

Whether you're preparing for a psychedelic journey, integrating one, or seeking to break free from patterns that won't budge through understanding alone—Numinosity offers a space for integration, embodiment, and return.

Walking New Paths

Imagine your life, your choices, and your behaviours as a walk through a forest. As you're developing your understanding of the world and where you belong in it—typically in childhood—you find ways through the forest that get you there safely and help you survive. Your learned behaviours, trauma adaptations, the brain's drive for efficiency and survival then have you walking the same paths through the forest over and over, even when you can see they're no longer serving you.

Psychedelics can help you zoom out, can illuminate the rest of the forest to reveal alternate routes you hadn't known existed. But a meaningful journey begins before you set out—preparation is how you ready yourself for the terrain ahead, so you can meet what you find with steadiness rather than overwhelm. And integration—embodied enquiry and practices—is what allows you to actually walk those new paths. Paths of your choosing that better serve your current, adult self and create change that lasts.

My Path to This Work

Years ago, I studied Psychology expecting to work in conventional mental health. But I quickly realized the mainstream system was missing something vital. It fractured what belonged together—frequently overlooking the body's intelligence, the role of deep meaning, and the raw experience of being human.

My own journey brought me to this work. For years, I lived primarily in my head—trying to think my way through chronic stress and old behavioral loops that willpower alone could not shift.

Experiences of expanded consciousness illuminated alternate routes I didn't know existed.

But seeing a path and walking it are two different things. Over the past five years, I have trained extensively in psychedelic practice, Embodied Processing, nervous system regulation, yoga, and breathwork. Simultaneously, I have dedicated myself to my own ongoing growth through therapy and daily somatic practice.

This isn't a framework I studied once and now simply teach. This is a path I am actively living.

I do not share this because I have reached perfection. I am right here on this journey with you, navigating my own daily human complexities and ongoing integration. I do not sit across from you as an untouchable expert, but as a steady fellow traveler who knows the wilderness of change and can hold a compassionate light while you map yours.

The practices I guide you through are the exact ones that continue to steady my own life.
